TCG (The Closet Guy) – Brooke Peterson
In the late summer of 2002, I was looking for a career change. My wife was in the organization business and had requested some information regarding shelving systems from the ClosetMaid® web site. Along with the product information, they sent us a packet about becoming an authorized dealer for ClosetMaid®. As we both read through the information, we knew this would be a perfect fit for us so within the next two weeks I went to Phoenix, Arizona for training.

TCG- (Mrs. Closet Guy) – Amy Peterson
I joined the company full-time in June of 2006. I quit my job in the legal profession to help Brooke run the company. I take care of all of our bookkeeping and customer contacts.
Now that my youngest has started kindergarten, I can devote more time to ORGANIZEuTOO. This is an expanded part of The Closet Guy that provides organizational services. Please take a few minutes to check it out and see if we can't help you get organized.

TCG – Porter Peterson (age 12; 2009)
After we made the decision to launch a custom closet company, we needed a name. After narrowing the field to just a few possibilities, we decided to consult an expert; our then-five-year-old son Porter. He declared in his very matter of fact manner “I think you should be the closet guy”. We loved the name! Porter has continued to be a creative force behind many of our marketing ideas. Since he was so successful with coming up with a name for our business, we consulted him when it was time to create a logo. The hanger was his contribution to the logo!

TCG – Bay Peterson (age 9: 2009)
Bay was only two when we started the company but he was the first one in our family to have a Closet Guy closet! He is an inventory specialist and assists in counting products whenever possible. He is daddy’s little closet guy helper.

TCG – Marina Peterson (age 5: 2009)
Marina has been a special assistant to Mrs. Closet Guy, Amy Peterson since she was two years old. This year ended our time of helping out and running errands since she started kindergarten. Her organizing skills are improving and we see a big future with The Closet Guy for Marina.
